The license that governs your use of the ScanLens app.

The ScanLens application ("App") is licensed to you by BITFORGE PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore ("Licensor," "we," "us," "our"). This End User License Agreement ("EULA," "Agreement") governs your use of the App.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. As an App Store application, the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. Where this EULA and Apple's Standard EULA conflict, the more restrictive provision applies, except where Apple's Standard EULA explicitly controls (for example, regarding the relationship between you and Apple).
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

The App offers a free tier and several premium options (monthly subscription, yearly subscription, and one-time lifetime purchase). Details of current pricing and what each tier includes are available on the Pricing page.
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us, and can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The App, including all source code, interfaces, designs, audio, video, text, and other content created by the Licensor, is and will remain the exclusive property of BITFORGE PTE. LTD. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Singapore and foreign countries.
All documents, images, and content you create or scan using the App remain your property. We do not claim any ownership or license rights to your content.
Your privacy is important. The App is designed to process documents on-device whenever possible. For full details about what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of OCR or other automated processing.
OCR output is probabilistic and may contain errors. You should verify the accuracy of OCR results before relying on them for important purposes. The App's e-signature functionality produces Simple Electronic Signatures under eIDAS and equivalent laws; it does not produce Advanced or Qualified Electronic Signatures and should not be used where such signatures are legally required.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BITFORGE PTE. LTD., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (c) any content obtained from the App; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or SGD 100, whichever is greater.
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession.
Termination of this EULA does not affect any rights Apple may have as a third-party beneficiary under Apple's Standard EULA.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this EULA will be resolved as described in our Terms of Service.
Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
We may update this EULA from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
